NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C maintains the Curlshops.com Website (“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Curlshop.ae privacy policy and to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

LIMITED LICENSE. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site pursuant to the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use. You shall have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, if any, provided to you in order to access the Site. 1. SITE OPERATION: United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C controls this Site from the U.A.E. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C makes no representation that this Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use this Site from other locations you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export or re-export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to any U.A.E export laws and regulations.

2. APPLICABLE LAW. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION, the displayed price and currency selected by you, will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt.

4. PURCHASES. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED, SAR, KWD, USD or EUR for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation. These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C . All refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

5. OFFICE FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country specific

6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU. LICENCE GRANTED TO YOU. NATURAL CURLSHOP COSMETICS L.L.C is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.

Returns Policy

How do I return an item(s)?

Curlshop.ae gives you the option to return purchased item. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

Returns Terms and Conditions

1. The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.

2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.

3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or

4. Products that fall under specific categories, including hair care, accessories, hygiene related and personal care products.

5. Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.

6. Items on sale.

7. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.

8. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they still under warranty period.

9. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.

10. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.

11. Santa delivery orders are not eligible for returns.

12. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE ].

13. I changed my mind.

14. Ordered by mistake.

15. Ordered the wrong colour or the wrong size.

Your Refund:

• For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees in case of the product is not as expected.

• If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or

• If you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.

• For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure:

 We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

• if you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be settled to your credit/debit card.

Refund Timescale:

 Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

• If the refund is to your credit/debit card, within Ten (10) to Forty Five (45) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;

• If you have cancelled your order before shipping, within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.

• Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within Ten (10) to Forty Five (45) days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

ID Requirement Upon Delivery

To ensure that your products are delivered with certainty, CURLSHOPS.COM
may request, during delivering process, that you provide us a copy/picture of
your valid ID to verify your identity.
If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have
the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.

At CURLSHOPS.COM we’re committed to making our delivery process as quick
and pleasant as possible, because we know how important it is that your goods
arrive on time and in perfect condition.
In order to provide the utmost satisfaction, the deliveries are carried by a
third-party courier. In the region, we work with a variety of couriers to
provide you the quickest service and the best prices.

All shipping and delivery fees include insurance.

Services – Cancellation policy and refunds

Any cancellation up to 24 hours before the service will be refund within 48 hours.

All cancellations or no show within the 24 hours before the service are not applicable for a refund.

Internationa orders will be shipped with DHL Express.

● Two delivery attempts are included per shipment

● Delivery coverage is limited to city limits, please refer to the remote area coverage.

● Delivery window is between 09:00-17:00

> Attempts are not applicable on Friday’s in Islamic countries, Saturday & Sunday’s in Western countries or on Public Holiday’s of the destination country

● Standard email or SMS is the delivery notification medium

> Delivery preference such as leave at door, collect at DHL point or change address are included options

> Proof of delivery is available upon requestor on Public Holiday’s of the destination country

Please note that the displayed shipping cost does not include any applicable VAT and customs duties of the destination country. Also, our delivery estimation is based on the time it takes for the order to arrive in the country; delays due to customs processing may extend this timeframe.
